Why we exist
The 6% commission tax
In a typical sale, the agent commissions alone eat $30,000-$60,000 of equity on a median home. That money should stay with the people doing the actual moving, not be siphoned off for handling logistics that software is now better at.
The information gap
Buyers are kept at arm’s length — funneled through showings, scripted disclosures, and back-channel negotiations. We give them a direct line to sellers, a checklist of every document they should ask for, and an AI that helps draft the contract.
The escrow problem
Earnest money has to move through somebody both parties trust. We make the seller pick a title company / escrow holder up-front, surface it on every listing, and bake it into the contract — so there’s no scramble at the moment money should change hands.
The contract maze
Purchase agreements are intimidating because they’re hidden inside agent software. We made ours fill-in-the-blank, with every standard contingency exposed and explained, full revision history, and a printable version when it’s time to sign.
